Thursday, June 12 – Ag Arena, Vermillion.  Cancelled due to wet arena.

 

Tuesday, June 17 – Kadoka Arena, Kadoka. Enter at 6:00, exhibitions at 6:30.  Double header run starting at 7:00 p.m. Co-sanctioned with NWBRA.  Entry Fees $27.00.  One time arena fee of $3.  Call Georgann Addison at 344-2226 or 441-3716.

Cancelled:

Once again we received 1/2 inch of rain last night and we have to cancel our Barrel Race at the Hins Ranch June 25.  We are sorry if this inconveniences anyone. The arena is too wet to have a safe run.  Please pass this along to your barrel racing friends and barrel racing e-mail lists.  We don't want anyone to make an unnecessary trip to our house.

If weather is questionable, call before you haul!

 

There will be jackpots at Hins Arena in July and August.

 

Remember all the membership money, sanctioning fees and awards charges stay in South Dakota.  We do not have additional award charges at the end of the year!  The more members and jackpots, the more money and awards at the finals.

 

Don’t forget, year end point winners in each division will receive awards.  You must run at one sanctioned jackpot as a member to qualify for the 2008 SDBRA Finals November 1-2 at 7N Arena at Springfield.

Current Membership List - you must purchase a membership and run at one run to qualify for the SDBRA finals.  We are also keeping year end points for awards again this year.  If you are not a member, you will be charged the $5 nonmember fee to run at a sanctioned jackpot.  Membership form is attached and can be turned in at any jackpot.  They should also have forms there.
